i was thinking about making the buggy a rear radiator because in the front it is blocking allot of my view of the trail. also it would make it easier to work on the front of the buggy with the radiator out of the way. thoughts??? besides i have to change my mounts on the front axle for the control arms and was thinking about pulling the radiator out to do that anyway.

More protected... since usually you are going forward less chance of ramming into (or through) something...

Larger coolant capacity... more fluid to fill the lines... does that make it run a little cooler too? (increased surface area)

Further away from engine heat (also helps cooler operating... especially since it will not have highway speed help... just fans)

There has to be some benefit... you see most of the Baja trucks and CORR trucks mounted in the rear... sure some are mid engine, but still....
