I have seen stuff about converting water to hydrogen and running cars... but never anything like this...

Yeah, amazing if it could work. The automotive dealers would have to find a way to charge for it and make money off it or they won't do it. Got to get a buck out of it. Oooh and the oil compainies would be pissed. I really hope this works.
