Ok...I have the front axle back. Now it's time to figure out when we can get it in. To my knowledge, I don't have anywhere I have to be in the next few weeks so the date would depend on what is best for all of you who wanted to be involved in this.

The guy in the green TJ is Kyle. He just bought that Jeep from someone else we used to wheel with. He's younger than everyone in our group (22) but I think he'll fit right in (smart, funny, slightly twisted & he can wheel) so I'm going to invite him along when I go out and see what you guys think of him. If you like him, I'll give him the forum address. ...

I'm looking to do a trip to Rausch the Friday after Thanksgiving (Nov 28th). I could care less about all the sales that day.

I'll be in Jersey for Thanksgiving and was gonna bring the Father-n-law out with me. Its about the same distance (2hrs 15 min) from where they are in central NJ to Rausch.

Anyone interested in doing a 1 day run that day?

Myself, Matt, Nick, and Kat. Saturday it rained like you wouldn't believe. We were glad we took the blue/black route. Our guide was good about picking the appropriate trails to challenge all of us. we had about 12 vehicles in the group. Very interesting terrain. there were a lot of hill climbs, humps in the trail, rock gardens and enough to keep it interesting. if it were dry it would be a good trip for vehicles on 33" tires but when wet it was tough on everyone. there was a lot ...

Yes, if they close the beach. No, if we drive north about 30-45 minutes there is another 18 mile stretch of beach that we can drive on. Carova Beach is up past Corrola. The problem would be in the driving or finding another hotel farther north so that we dont have to drive so far.
